Hi, I’m Eloy. It’s great to meet you. I’ve spent my career working alongside loan officers, brokers, and lending teams across Texas, helping them navigate complex scenarios and turn challenges into closed loans. Having been a leading originator of Arrive’s Earned Equity Program, I bring firsthand experience into how the product works in real-world situations, and I’m passionate about helping partners serve buyers who don’t always fit neatly into traditional lending guidelines.

When I’m not connecting with lenders, you’ll usually find me coaching, spending time with family, or staying involved in the communities I serve. The preparation and team focus I bring to coaching are the same qualities I bring to my work, and I’m always happy to jump on a call when you need support.
